Opticon II

New Opticon II lens is made with the new material, SPH. SPH is cornea friendly and has improved oxygen permeability (Dk) and oxygen transmission (Dk/L). It has a special circulatory system that can circulate more oxygen under normal circumstances. It also induces equal light reflection. Therefore, Opticon 2 has promoted vision efficiency.

After many years of research and development at CL works, we finally make the Opticon II RGP lens. CL works developed this new technique to improve the oxygen permeability based on PMMA and to strengthen the maintenance of the shape. Therefore the initial prescribed Radius does not change while wearing. Natural feeling has been improved; dim or spectacle blur has been overcome.

The new Opticon II Lens was custom designed using an exclusive computer system. All the manufacturing is processed by a CNC 3 axis automatic lathe and applied new techniques that create both spherical and aspherical irregular back and front surfaces.

Design

1. In order to cope with the spherical aberration of the front surface of the contact lens, CL works has studied the gradual aspheric design that leads to the formation of dotty focus from the rugby ball shape focus inaccuracy and pursued stable vision power.
2. CL works has studied the design of 4 levels of the radius on the peripheral Zone from OZ to the edge of back surface so that it can help the corneal respiration.
3. CL works has studied various designs for the back surface, just as with Keratoconuse, Aspheric, Toric and Othokeratology.
