The main activity of CL works is producing contact lenses for the Korean market. The company is successful because we strive for the highest quality.
Through years of operation in the contact lens industry by our experienced executives, we have established a large customer base by supplying the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. In order for us to better serve our customers, we do our best based on newly developed techniques.
- 2003: Developed Aspheric RGP Lens Floating-UV, Developed New Cosmetic Color contact Lens CALLAMatchll, CL works obtains exclusive license for BE lens of Dr. John Mountford (Orthokeratology lens)
- 2002: Finished setting up a full Soft Lens molding system, September 1. Changed the company name to CL works Co., Ltd.
- 2001: Obtains ISO 9002 certification
- 2000: Started establishment of facility to expand product capability of soft contact lenses.
- 1997: Established a new factory extensively for contact lens solution production. Obtained manufacture license of lens solution Aquas series from Korea FDA.
- 1993: Developed an improved RGP lens Bi-con which is an aggregate of siloxanyl propylglyceryl methacrylate
- 1986: Developed RGP(Rigid Gas Permeable) Contact Lens CAB
- 1980: August 15, Established Set up SAEHAN CONTACT LENS Factory in Anyang, Kyunggi-do, Korea
